Provisional Bookings:
Will be held for to 7 days only, unless otherwise stated. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of booking deposits. We regret we cannot hold provisional bookings indefinitely.

Booking Deposit:
Non-refundable Booking deposits are required in advance, on an individual basis. The number of deposits determines the number of places reserved. Should an individual decline to use their reserved place their booking deposit is forfeited and cannot be refunded nor offset against other participants game fees. Deposits will be deducted from fees on arrival, on an individual basis. Deposits paid and bookings confirmed whether accompanied by a booking form or not, indicates acceptance of our terms.

Group Discounts:
Based on the number of participants to arrive, not the number booked.

Fitness To Play:
Persons who, in the opinion of the management, are under the influence of intoxicants may be excluded from games. Alcohol is not permitted.

Equipment:
We provide state of the art, dedicated Paintball equipment and while normal wear and tear or accidental damage may occur, wilful malicious or deliberate damage will be charged for accordingly.

Coach Transfers:
Any agreement reached on the provision of a coach is between you, the client, and the coach provider and. independent of any agreement with Elite Paintball. The driver must be paid in full on the day. We do not accept responsibility for late pick-ups due to circumstances beyond our control. Late cancellations will incur a charge.

Our Liability To You:
We undertake to exercise all due diligence to ensure your booking with us is in accordance with the contract between us. We do not accept liability if the prompt performance obligation is prevented or affected by reason or circumstance, or by any event over which we have no control. We reserve the right to amend prices aid programmes without notice.
